1. Gold Launch Suite Access & Payment

Zyren She Builds currently offers one digital access plan:

Gold Launch Suite

$1,497 CAD (One-Time Payment)

The Gold Launch Suite includes lifetime access to the Zyren She Builds platform, including available courses, tools, templates, resources, community features, and educational content available at the time of purchase or added in the future at our discretion.

• This is a one-time payment.

• No recurring monthly or annual fees apply.

• We accept approved payment methods available at checkout.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful, we reserve the right to suspend or deny platform access until payment issues have been resolved.

Lifetime access refers to the active lifetime of the Zyren She Builds platform and services, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, services, resources, and immediate platform access, all sales are final.

We do not offer:

• Refunds

• Exchanges

• Partial refunds

Once access has been granted, no refund requests will be approved.

By purchasing the Gold Launch Suite, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to proprietary digital content and waive any applicable cooling-off period or refund rights where permitted by law.

3. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

Zyren She Builds is a supportive business community designed to empower women entrepreneurs.

By using our platform, you agree that you will not:

• Bully, harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against others

• Post sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or inappropriate content

• Spam, solicit, or promote unauthorized products or services

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, copy, or misuse the platform

• Share account login credentials with others

• Provide unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to our platform and community at any time if these guidelines are violated.

No refund will be issued if access is terminated due to misconduct or violation of these Terms.

is the exclusive intellectual property of Zyren She Builds and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Sell

• Redistribute

any content without prior written permission from Zyren She Builds.

The only exceptions are resources specifically labeled as:

• White-Label

• Resellable

• Commercial Use Permitted

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
