Welcome to Zyren She Builds ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, digital platform, products, services, tools, resources, courses, and community features.

By purchasing access to our platform or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full.

1. Gold Launch Suite Access & Payment

Zyren She Builds currently offers one digital access program:

Gold Launch Suite | Full Price: $2,000 CAD (One-Time Payment for 90 Day Program + BONUS 1 Year Platform Access) 

The Gold Launch Suite includes access to the Zyren She Builds platform, including available courses, tools, templates, resources, community features, and educational content included at the time of purchase or added in the future at our discretion, for a fixed term of one (1) year from the date your purchase is successfully completed.

• This is a one-time payment and is not a recurring subscription. You will not be billed monthly, annually or at any other automatic interval.

• Your access automatically ends at the conclusion of your 1-year term. It does not renew on its own, and your payment method will not be charged again without your direct action.

• If you wish to continue your access beyond your 1-year term, you must personally choose to complete a new purchase directly with Zyren She Builds, at the then-current price. There is no obligation to renew, and no charge will occur unless and until you complete a new purchase yourself.

• We accept most major debit and credit cards and approved payment methods available at checkout.

• If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or not successfully completed, we reserve the right to deny or suspend access to the platform until payment issues are resolved.

• References to your access being for the "active life" of your term refer only to the fixed 1-year period described above and do not imply lifetime or perpetual access of any kind.

2. Refund Policy

Eligible first-time purchases of the Gold Launch Suite are covered by our 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee, as described in our separate Refund Policy.

To qualify for a refund:

• Your refund request must be submitted within the applicable 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee period.

• Your request must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Refund Policy.

Once the guarantee period has expired, all sales are final and no refunds, cancellations, credits, exchanges, transfers, or partial refunds will be provided except where required by applicable law. Because your access ends automatically at the end of your 1-year term and does not renew or charge you again on its own, no cancellation is required at any point to avoid future charges.

If a refund is approved:

• Your access to the Zyren She Builds platform will be revoked immediately.

• Your account may be permanently deactivated.

• You must immediately discontinue all use of our platform, resources, templates, downloads, training materials, and proprietary business systems.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to both these Terms & Conditions and our Refund Policy, and that you understand your access is a one-time payment for a fixed 2-year term that will not renew or charge you again automatically.

3. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

Zyren She Builds is a supportive business community created to empower women entrepreneurs. All users are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.

By using our platform, you agree that you will not:

• Bully, harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against other users

• Post sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content

• Spam, solicit, or promote unauthorized products or services

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, copy, or misuse the platform or its content

• Share your account login or provide unauthorized access to others

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to our platform and community at any time if these guidelines are violated.

If access is terminated due to misconduct or violation of these Terms, no refund will be provided.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Zyren She Builds, including but not limited to:

• Branding

• Logos

• Course materials

• Templates

• Videos

• Graphics

• Downloads

• Guides

• Training materials

• Website content

• Platform resources

is the exclusive intellectual property of Zyren She Builds and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, redistribute, publish, modify, or share any content without prior written permission from Zyren She Builds.

The only exception applies to resources specifically labeled by Zyren She Builds as:

• White-label

• Resellable

• Commercial-use permitted

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

5. Account Access & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Misuse our content or intellectual property

• Engage in harmful, unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior

• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform or systems

If your account is terminated, you may lose access to all platform materials, downloads, and community features without compensation or refund, and your access will not be reinstated for the remainder of your 2-year term.

6. Educational Disclaimer

All information, resources, courses, templates, tools, and guidance provided by Zyren She Builds are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

• Business success

• Financial results

• Income generation

• Customer growth

• Specific outcomes or achievements

Every business and individual is different, and results depend on many factors outside of our control, including your effort, experience, market conditions, and business decisions.

You are solely responsible for:

• Your business decisions

• Legal compliance

• Financial obligations

• Tax reporting

• Marketing practices

• Any actions you take based on our content

Nothing on our platform constitutes legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyren She Builds, its owners, affiliates, representatives, contractors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any:

• Business interruption

• Loss of data

• Legal claims

• Personal or business losses

• Consequential or incidental damages

• Your inability to access the platform, including following the automatic end of your 2-year access term

• Reliance on any information or resources provided

• Actions taken based on educational content

By using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless Zyren She Builds from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation or use of the platform.

8. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, update, replace, remove, or discontinue any aspect of the platform, including features, resources, courses, or community areas, at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that every feature or resource will remain permanently available.

9. Privacy

By using our website and platform, you may provide personal information such as your name, email address, billing information, and account details.

We are committed to protecting your information and will only use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.

We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
