3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within our 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee period.

For the purposes of this policy, the 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee is defined as seventy-two (72) consecutive hours from the time your purchase is successfully completed.

To qualify for a refund:

The guarantee period begins immediately upon successful payment and expires exactly 72 consecutive hours later, based on the purchase time recorded by our payment processor. For example, if your purchase is completed on January 1 at 12:00 PM, your refund request must be received no later than January 4 at 12:00 PM. Requests received after the guarantee period has expired are not eligible for a refund.

Refund requests are considered received only when they have been successfully submitted through our designated support channel before the expiration of the guarantee period.

Once a refund has been approved:

Your access to the Zyren She Builds platform will be immediately revoked.
Your member account will be permanently deactivated after 30 days.
You must immediately discontinue all use of the platform and all associated materials.

All platform content, educational materials, templates, downloads, workbooks, videos, graphics, software, branding, training, business systems and proprietary resources remain the exclusive intellectual property of Zyren She Builds.

A refund does not transfer ownership of, or grant permission to retain, reproduce, download, copy, distribute, share, publish, modify, sell or continue using any portion of our proprietary content after your access has been revoked. Any continued use or unauthorized distribution of our intellectual property following a refund may result in legal action where permitted by applicable law.

After the 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Once the 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee period has expired, all sales are final.

After this period, no refunds, cancellations, credits, exchanges, transfers, or partial refunds will be provided, including but not limited to circumstances where you:

Change your mind.
Decide the platform is not the right fit.
Do not use the platform.
Forget to access your account.
Experience personal, financial, business, or scheduling changes.
Expected different results.
Do not complete or implement the training or resources.
Are dissatisfied after the guarantee period has expired.

Purchase Made at Your Own Discretion

Immediate Access to Digital Content

Immediately after successful payment, you will receive access to digital content, educational materials, templates, downloads, platform features, training, and other proprietary resources.

If a refund is requested and approved within the eligible 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee period, your access to the platform and all associated materials will be revoked immediately.

After the guarantee period has expired, access to digital content cannot be returned, and purchases become non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing the Gold Launch Suite, you agree not to initiate an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to the platform.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Zyren She Builds reserves the right to:

Immediately suspend or revoke access to the platform and all related materials.
Permanently deny future access to Zyren She Builds products or services.
Provide payment processors, financial institutions, or dispute resolution providers with relevant documentation supporting the transaction, including this Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, purchase confirmation, account activity, login records, and any other relevant evidence.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. If the consumer protection laws in your country, state, province, or jurisdiction provide rights that differ from this Refund Policy, those mandatory legal rights will apply to the extent required by law.
