Welcome to Zyren She Builds (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and memberships. By purchasing a membership or using our site, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Memberships & Payments

We currently offer two monthly membership options:

Planner Membership – $4.99/month
Includes limited access to selected tools, resources, and community areas.
Boss Membership – $29.99/month
Includes full access to all tools, courses, resources, and community features.

Memberships renew automatically every 30 days unless cancelled. Your payment method will be charged automatically each renewal period.

We accept most major debit and credit cards.

If a payment fails or is not processed, your access may be temporarily suspended until payment is completed.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund payments already processed.

Because our products and services are fully digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

3. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

Zyren She Builds is a community built to support and empower women in business. We expect all members to uphold a positive, respectful environment.

By joining, you agree that you will not:

Bully, harass, threaten, or discriminate against any other user.
Post or share sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Engage in spam, solicitation, or disruptive behavior within the community.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and remove you from our platform at any time if these guidelines are violated.

If your account is terminated for misconduct, you will not receive a refund for any remaining membership time.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, templates, branding, designs, videos, guides, and resources provided on our site are the intellectual property of Zyren She Builds and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, share, or redistribute any of our content except for the following permitted uses:

White-label products that are specifically marked as resellable or customizable for your business use.
Marketing materials and templates that are clearly labeled for personal or commercial use.

All other content remains the exclusive property of Zyren She Builds and may not be used or distributed without written consent.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership and access to our site at any time, with or without notice, if you:

Violate any of these Terms,
Engage in misconduct or harmful behavior, or
Misuse our intellectual property.

If your account is terminated, you will lose access to all membership content, and no refunds will be issued for any remaining time in your billing period.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All information, tools, templates, courses, and guidance provided by Zyren She Builds are for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

That you will start or successfully grow a business,
That you will earn any income or profits, or
That our tools or advice will produce specific results.

You are solely responsible for your own actions, business decisions, and compliance with any legal or financial requirements.

Zyren She Builds, its owners, representatives, and affiliates are not liable for:

Any business losses, legal issues, or damages that occur as a result of using our materials,
Any inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users, or
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

By using our services, you agree to hold Zyren She Builds harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your participation or actions.

7. Courses and Certification Disclaimer
Courses and certifications provided by Zyren She Builds are not professional licenses. Training certificates acknowledge course completion but do not authorize you to perform services in regions where specific licensing, schooling, or government approval is required.

Laws and regulations differ widely across provinces, states, and countries (for example, some areas allow services such as lash extensions without a license, while others require formal schooling and government-issued licensing).

By enrolling in our courses, you agree that it is your responsibility to research and comply with the legal requirements in your area before performing any service professionally.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
